He was predeceased by: his parents, Mearl Polk and Carolyn Polk (Walney); his son Ronald; and his siblings, Shirley Cindric of Fenton and Bill Polk of Florida.
He is survived by: his wife Rosan McClain; and his sons, Richard Polk (Kim) of Detour Village and Robin Polk (Debbie) of Montrose. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
