He is survived by: his parents, Bernard Thomas and Gloria Thomas (Carlson); his wife Jillian Miley-Thomas; his children, Dane Thomas (Rachel), Bree Thomas and Trey Thomas; his siblings, Dawn Weishuhn, Diane Lyons, Dru O'Connell, Dana Craft and Ron Thomas; his parents-in-law, Jack and Brenda Lich; and his sister-in-law Pamela Miley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
