He is survived by: his wife Kat; his children, Micah, Kaleb and Gloria; his brother Arthur Daniel (Janet); his brother-in-law Kristopher Kordyzon (Amy); his nieces and nephews, Amanda Gilbert (Ty), Melissa Higginbotham (Benjamin), Matthew Daniel, Aidan, Lily and Lucy Kordyzon; and his mother-in-law Gloria Zubek.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an educational fund for his children.
