He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Kramer; his siblings, John Kramer and Kathy Gibbs; his brother-in-law Bill Hawkins; and his nephew James Michael Moffitt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa Moffitt (Larry), Barbara Hawkins, Daniel Kramer (Cathy), Patrick Kramer (Vicki) and Lesley Bates (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Andrew Moffitt, Holly Filkins (Wes), Steven Gibbs (Beth), David Gibbs (Kristen), Eric Hawkins, Kyle Kramer, Zoe Kramer, Rachel Kramer, Shawna Kramer and Bruce Bates; his brother-in-law Randy Gibbs; and his close friends, Paul Bradshaw, Gordon Dowen and Many. He is also survived by other loving family members, friends.
