He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Slogor and Helen Slogor (Pomeranski); his grandmother Camilia Pomeranski; his aunt Wanda Boluk; and his sister-in-law Libby Slogor.
He is survived by: his wife Arla Nanette Baley; his children, Matt Slogor (Kasandra), Sara Garcia (Ernest) and TJ Slogor (Jessica); his grandchildren, Thomas, Charlie Garcia, Braden, Tessa Slogor, Kadie, Cole Sabourin and Kensli Slogor; his siblings, Camilia Keller and Edward Slogor; his cousin Virginia Obierski (Gerry); and his caregiver Audra Harris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael's honor to Kindred Hospice or Carriage Town Ministries.
