We bid farewell to Maureen K. Ballesteros of Flushing, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 9, 2025 at the age of 64. Maureen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McMunigal and Dorothy McMunigal (LaClair); and her brother James McMunigal. She is survived by: her husband Jaime Ballesteros; her children, Tony Ballesteros (Amanda) and Kate Burgoon (Tyler); and her siblings, Robert McMunigal (Gloria), Ronald McMunigal, John McMunigal (Rose), MaryAnn Petrill (Jack) and Daniel McMunigal (Tina). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Robert Catholic Church (310 N Cherry St, Flushing, MI 48433).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN).
