He was predeceased by: his brother Robert "Pepper" Salter; and his grandson Kaleb T. Stuck. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Williams (Robert) of Flushing, Sharolyn Rybka (Leonard) of Mt. Morris, Debra Tucker of Flint and Mark Jr. Salter (Laura) of Davison; and his stepson William "Bill" Goff of North Carolina. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
