She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Bannerman and Odith Fosgate; her husband James Edward Armstrong; her siblings, Lawrence Bannerman, Carol Allie and Sharon Sutton; and her son-in-law Richard Schaffer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Richele Schaffer, Rebecca Putvin (Andrew), Renee Hames (Ben) and Jaymie Marshall (Randy); her grandchildren, Haddas Brower (Jason), Drew Putvin, Michal Marshall, Trevor Marshall (Micaila), Lidia Schaffer, Malachi Marshall (Elizabeth), Ali Schaffer, Ellie Cross (Jacob), Kelvin Hames and Sam Marshall; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Logan, Micah, Thaddeus and Allen.
