She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Jacobs of Traverse City and Marcy O'Brien of Flushing; her grandchildren, Cassy Bosley, Kyle Bosley, Katie Bosley (Trent), Amanda Jacobs and Bailey Jacobs-Hart (Clay); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Hadley, Sophia, Dalanie, Emersyn, Aisley and Aleah.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
