He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Carpenter and Doris Carpenter (Shenck); his son Todd Carpenter; and his brother Dennis Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Joann Marie Bauders; and his children, Kelly Prince (Mike) and Nancy Uptigrove (Steve). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
