She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Reed and Elsie Reed (Noble); her husband David Congdon; and her brother Ronald Reed. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Douglas Congdon (Margaret) of Brighton and Diane (Forrest Eaton) of Flushing; and her grandchildren, Christina (Kevin), Nicholas (Shatyra), Victoria (Ken), Jonathan, Stephen (Taylar), Elizabeth (Jordan) and David. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
