It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Franklin Doerr (Flushing, Michigan), who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Doerr and Rose Doerr (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Doerr (Schiavone); his children, Mary Ann Doerr, Kathryn Gallagher, Karen Carpenter, Patricia Lewis, Greg Doerr (Cathy), Bill Doerr and Laurence Lewis (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Ryan Doerr, Kyle Carpenter, Taylor Carpenter and Kevin Lewis (Sarah). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
