He was predeceased by: his sister MaryAnn Rezmer (Harry Rezmer). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean Boike; his children, Denise (Mark Jandreski), Sherri Boike, Pam (Alfred Hubbert), Joseph M. (Karen Boike), Martin (Teresa Boike) and Celeste (Ralph Pettey); his grandchildren, Mark Jandreski (Lauren Crisafi), Dr. Luke Jandreski (Darcy Hutchinson), Patrick Forystek (Jane), Amanda Warson (Zack), Corey Hubbert, Tyler John Hubbert, Allison Sublett (Thomas Sublett), Taylor Carley (Nick), Courtney Boike and Katie Boike; and his brother Frank Boike (Barbara). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
