He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Piche; and his stepfather Roger Auclair. He is survived by: his daughters, Paige Wilson and Merissa Evans; his grandchildren, Zane, Alea and Brynnleigh; his sister Michelle Fortelka (Frank); his stepsiblings, Lynn Amorino (John), Jennifer Schramm and Chris Auclair; his father Gerald Evans (Diane); his stepfather Henry Piche; and his nephews, Michael, Sean, Jordan and Nick.
