He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent F. Neering and Agnes Marie Neering (Girard); his grandchildren, Janelle and Dustin Neering; and his sister Barbara Wisniewski.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Neering (Cheryl), Dennis Neering (Jennifer) and Susan McCarthy (Joe); his grandchildren, Jamie King (Shaun), Jacob Neering, Joe McCarthy III, Jack McCarthy and Jimmy McCarthy; his great grandchild Jude King; his wife Patricia McGuire; and his siblings, Nanette Braiser, Mary Dryzga (Rick) and John Neering (Darlene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473).
