He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Piche and Rose Piche (Baril); his wife Joyce Piche; his sister Mary; his brother-in-law Tom Tippett; and his stepson Jeffrey Evans.

He is survived by: his sister Carol Adams; his stepdaughter Michelle Fortelka (Frank); and his grandchildren, Michael Fortelka (Cassandra), Sean Fortelka (Alyssa), Merissa Evans and Paige Wilson (Justin). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
