Gordon Dale Summers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gordon Dale Summers of Flushing, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 25, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Summers and Chloris Summers (Turner). He is survived by: his wife Onalee Adkins; his sons, Scott Barcey, Brian Barcey, Todd Barcey (Tracy) and Lucas Summers (Serenity); his grandchildren, Tess Jones (Garrett), Charles Barcey, Dawson Barcey, Myranda Barcey, Ivan Barcey, Morgan Wolf, Teagan Leppien (Ricky), Tristin Wolf, Duane Switzer (Mandy), Jason Barcey (Ashley), Emily Menkin (Adin), Sydney Burla (Andrew), Matthew Summers (Rebekah), Hannah Summers, Emily Stahl (Tony), Sarah Summers, Noah Summers and Lilly Summers; and his siblings, Carol Hebert, David Summers (Sue), Charles Summers (Donna) and John Summers. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (6330 Corunna Rd, Flint Twp, MI 48532).
