It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ellis Salim of Flushing, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Salim and Betty Salim (Khoury); his son Norman Paul; his siblings, Dr. Fred Salim and Norma Lazar; his siblings-in-law, Norma Salim and David Lazar; and his parents-in-law, Nellie and Edy Hourani.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hourani; his children, Ed Salim (Jennifer) and Stacy (Jasen Sack); his grandchildren, Drake, Alexandria, Brock, Elaina, Sophia, Daniel, Mitchell and Mariah; his sister Phyllis Good of Lansing; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Jameel (Judy Hourani) and Loraine (Sam Stout). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. George Orthodox Church.
