It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Wayne Nixon of Flushing, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Nixon and Margaret Nixon (Larner); and his sister Doris Moore. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lavinder; his children, Michael Nixon and Jennifer (Ryan Osborne); his grandchildren, Michaela, Shelby, Michael and Brennen; his mother-in-law Zeda Lavinder; his sisters, Diane Nixon, Barbara (Bill McDonald) and Beverly (Gary Atchison); and his pet Miley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
