It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lee Widener of Flushing, Michigan, born in Royal Oak, Michigan, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary W. Peterson and Karlynn P. Peterson (Gensman); her stepfather Lawrence Pulawski; and her brother Ian Peterson. She is survived by: her husband Russell Charles Widener; her siblings, Robert Peterson (Barbara) of Arizona, Barbara Foster of Royal Oak, David Peterson (Linda) of Troy and Larry Pulawski of Royal Oak; and her close friends, Maggie, Sokit and Penny. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
