She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Salim; and her sister Marilyn Ames. She is survived by: her father Frank Salim; her sisters, Nancy Silpoch (Michael), Linda Shadeed (Matthew) and Sharon Ballreich (Richard); and her nieces and nephews, Michelle (Joshua), Brian (Stephanie), Justin, Clayton (Nicole), Nicholas, Spencer, Jordan, Francesca, Connor, Gracyn, Brendan, Lauren and Easton.

In lieu of flowers, Deb requested that donations be made to St. George Orthodox Church School or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
