He was predeceased by: his parents, David Owen, Sr. and Shirley Jean Lewis (James); his son Robert Lewis; and his brother Steve Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Karrie Lynne Cornwell; his sons, David Owen Lewis III of Flint and Joseph James Lewis of Metamora; his sisters, Tammy Reitano (Joey) of Flushing and Dana Atwater (Doug) of Flushing; and his stepbrothers, Scott and Mark Lambert. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
