He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Sherman Kivett IV (Erin) and Nicole Grecu; his stepfathers, Scott Stevens and Charles Grecu; his siblings, Chelsea Torres (Emanuel), Bradley Kivett (Taylor), Nicholas Stevens, Justin Burnham, Crystal Isaac, Shelby Dessinger (Aaron) and Emerson Shankie; his grandparents, Jerry Caton, Linda Caton, Earl, Phyllis Kilbourn, Janice Stevens and Gail Kivett; and his aunts and uncles, Chris Caton, Heather Garcia, Kelly Duffy (Dwayne), LeAnn James (Brad), Sue Kivett (Robert), Allison Williston (Brian), Melanie Eashoo (Nate) and Niki Gilbert.
