She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kowalczyk and Pauline Danielczyk; her husband James S. Kovalcik; her sister Stella Daniel; and her children-in-law, Tony Gillis and Lucy Kovalcik.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Gillis, Patricia Chamberlain (Gary), Frank Kovalcik and Richard Kovalcik (Laura). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
