She was predeceased by: her son Dylan Trey McFadden; and her grandparents, David, Arlene Hempton, Richard and Jill Urban.
She is survived by: her children, Alexis Dawn Urban of Flushing, Jordyn Huey of Flushing, Kamden Wilson of Grand Blanc and Jaidyn Wilson of Grand Blanc; her mother Christine Tucker-Natale of Caro; her siblings, Jillisha Urban, Ashley Urban, Alex Urban and Michael Gerhauser; her cousin Nichole McLachlan; and her close friend Marina Ulrich.
