She was predeceased by: her parent Howard Foy; and her siblings, Mary Louise Brockman and Gerald Foy. She is survived by: her parent Neva Foy (Mills); her spouse Fred Tereau; her children, Laura Gingerich, Fred Tereau (Barb), Barbara Ann Tereau, Ruth Smith (Clay), Phillip Tereau (Suzy) and Lisa Brunell (Chuck); and her brothers, Bob Foy (Verda) and Ed Foy (Joyce). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the North End Soup Kitchen , in Thelma's memory.
