She is survived by: her children, Gary Puckett (Mary), Sandra Rynne (Courtney), Connie Parks (Dallas), Annette Wood (Vince), Starlette Voller (Nigel Smith) and Priscilla Goff; her grandchildren, Jason, Courtney, Danielle, Derek, Blake, Taylor, Westley, Zachary, Tyler, Mason and Paris; her friend George Rosencrants; her husband Ralph; her daughter Theresa; and her great grandchild Savannah.
