He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Hayward of Flint, MI; his children, Salina Liggins of Flint, Lawanda Liggins of Flint, Sabrina Liggins of Flint, Antoinette Ruffin of Flint, Jermaine McGowen of Flint, MI and Arsenio Rutledge of Mexico; his siblings, Colleen Liggins of Flint, MI and Ulyssess (Sabrina Liggins) of Kentucky; his stepchildren, Chandra of Flint, Melvin of Flint, Terricka of Flint and Tootie Hayward of Flint; his aunts and uncles, Connie Lewis of Flint, Mattie Adams of Flint, Jerome (Karla Adams) of Flint and Keith (Joanne Sanders) of Virginia; his close friend Dave McNeil; and his niece Onya Liggins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Chapel (1009 E Stewart Ave, Flint, MI 48505). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gracelawn Cemetery (5710 Saginaw St, Flint, MI 48505).
