She is survived by: her son Rodney Hairston (DeDe) of Richmond, VA; her granddaughter Deandra Hairston of Stoneville, NC.; her great grandchildren, Zay Hairston and Xzariah Hairston; her siblings, Shirley Penn of Flint, MI, William Raleigh Dalton (Carmen) of North Augusta, SC and Harry Montell Hairston (Jackie) of Augusta, GA.; and her close friends, Betty, Angie, Nita and Ronnie.
