She was predeceased by: her parents, Paula Bacon (Ellis) and William Cadieu; her stepfather Les Bacon; her sister Julia Ostrander; her daughter Kimberly Nelson; and her close friend Jimmie Nixon.
She is survived by: her daughter Paulette Farrell (Paul); her grandchildren, Amber Hagerty (Joseph), Chelsea Mohn, Dustin Hogan, Dayne Hogan (Stephanie), Michael Farrell, Myles Carroll, Emily Herholz (Tyler) and Hannah Magoon (Zachariah); her great grandchildren, Ashton, Daisy, Lilian, Lukas, Dax, Hotchner, Wyatt and Georgia; and her former husband Lloyd Nelson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
