He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Duncan Cornell and Mary Olive Cornell (Clark). He is survived by: his significant other Kimberly Cornell (Bigelow); and his siblings, Catherine Krupp (Rick), Patricia Williams, Christopher Cornell (Becky), Gabrielle Bullock, Anastasia Hofacker (Jim) and Greg Cornell (Stephenie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Matt's name and in honor of his mother Mary to Hospice House of Shiawassee County, 2005 Copas Road, Owosso, MI 48867.
