It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Romanowski of Flint, Michigan, who passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lawrence Romanowski to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Romanowski and Ella Romanowski (Grinus); his wife Joyce Powers; his siblings, Joseph Romanowski Jr. (Betty), Edward Romanowski, Alfred Romanowski, Ruth DuBois (Larry), Lilly Schlinz (Paul) and Helen Freeburg (Bert); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Roth (Bob), Charlene Linden (David) and Susan Roelofs.
He is survived by: his son Scott Romanowski; his sister Olga Arceo (David); and his brothers-in-law, David Powers (Kathy) and Sam Roelofs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
