She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James L. Ratliff and Lelah B. Ratliff; her husband Dandre M. Williams; her daughter Brittney Ratliff-Franklin; her granddaughters, Khalai, Nyla and Nola; her siblings, Lawrence Ratliff (Marcia) of Flint Twp, Erma Bell of Flint, Lorene Randall of Flint, Sylvia Avery (JD) of Henderson, NV. and Corine Miller of Crawfordsville, AR; her nieces and nephews, James Avery (Holly), Calvin Pearson (Titania), Derrick Avery (Tareylon), Frank Bell Jr., Frank Randall (Amanda), Garnett J. Ratliff, James Ratliff IV, Therese Watson, Cheryl Randall and Angela Pollard; and her close friends, Edna Mason, Martha Armstrong, Deborah Murphy, Ron, Kim Stamps, Ginger and Pete Flanders.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the SunSet Hills Cemetery (4413 Flushing Rd, Flint, MI 48504).
