He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Jason (Wendy), Toby (Corey) and Holly Kokotovich (Scott); his grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob, Kyle, Katelyn, Reese and Anderson; and his sisters, Betty Keteyian (Ray) and Patricia Malone (Chuck).
The Family kindly suggests that, in lieu of flowers, any gifts be made by way of a donation to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research as a way of honoring Bob's fight with that horrible disease.
