He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phyllis O'Bryan and Gary Bray; his child Stefany Neef (Micah); his grandchildren, Avery and Elyssa; his brothers, Ralph Bray, Steve Bray (Lisa) and Ronnie Bray; and his daughter Tabitha Bray. He was also cherished by many Nieces and Nephews.
