She was predeceased by: her husband Starlin Stevens; her grandchild Keely Star; and her siblings, Corine Church, Beverly Gurtowsky and Chester Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Randal Stevens (Janet), Vivian Richey (Bobby), Renee Reynolds (Ron) and Tommy Stevens (Hope); her grandchildren, Randi, Dalton, Kristy, Jennifer, Haley, Dylan, Shelby and Tommy; her great grandchildren, Madison Rose, Preston, Austin, Gracie Kay, Delainey, Aydan and Ashton; and her brother Jimmy Gurtowsky. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
