He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chinchak and Geraldine Chinchak (Murphy); his siblings, George Edward Chinchak and Ethel Banas; his grandson Zachary Gibson; and his great grandchild Gabriel Tola.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Chinchak (Kim), William Chinchak (Tammie), Kurt Tola (Susan), Joseph Chinchak (Hope), Steven Kenmitz (Kathy), Amy Joyce Clark (Chad) and Camille Gibson; and his sisters, Geraldine Ann Chinchak and Mary Lee Pond (James).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
