She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Haidy; and her parents, Marvin Rogers and Jean Rogers. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Kuzia (Tammy) and Michael Kuzia (Dawn); her stepson Andrew Haidy (Nanette); her grandchildren, Alicia, Aaron, Lauren (Robert) and Gabrielle (Khalil); her great grandchildren, Jayden, Jakari and Avianna; and her siblings, Linda Miller (Pat), Brad Rogers (Tona), Laurie Brown and Brian Rogers (Tish).
