He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Penland and Marion Penland (Pitts); and his daughters, Marion Blade, Lisa Penland and Kim Penland.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Penland; his children, Darlene Pogats (Rick), David Penland, Greg Williamson, Britton Williamson (Tara) and Chris Williamson; and his brother Tom Mullins. He is also survived by several grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bobcean Funeral Home (26307 Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
