She is survived by: her children, Tammy Lee (Michael) and Kevin Siemers; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lee, Amanda Bokor (Kyle), Steven Siemers (Tania) and Kyle Siemers; her great grandchildren, Alivia Bokor and Grayson Siemers; her pet Blue Newman Lee; and her sister Shirley Zabik (Bill).
