She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore; her son Michael Falzone; her grandson Nicholas; and her parents, William Mayfield and Lucy Mayfield.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Falzone, William Falzone (Catherine) and Susan Kamin; her grandchildren, Anthony (Lindsay), Grace (Jack), Jacob, Alexandra and Daniel; and her great grandchild Lola.
