She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard Cyr; her parents, John Williamson and Juanita Rosinski; her sister Phoebe Grew; and her brother-in-law Dwayne Hatfield.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Cook; her daughter Lisa Mitchell (Jeffery); her grandchild Ashley Lyson (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Rylee and Daniel, Jr.; her siblings, Rodney Williamson (Sandy), Deborah Struebing, Annette Hatfield and Tracey Harkrader (Johnny); and her brother-in-law Dale Grew. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews and many great- nieces and great-nephews.
