He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Church (Case) and Reese Church; his wife Viola Ann Lamke of Mary's Catholic Church; and his brother Gerald Church. He is survived by: his children, Ken Church (Brenda) of Kinde, Randy Church (Carmen) of Texas and Anesa Ruthig (Greg) of Ubly; his grandchildren, Nicole (Dalton O'Connor), Jason Church of Chicago, Rande Sue (Nick Mausolf) and Alyssa Church of Texas; and his great grandchildren, Quinn and Gavin O'Connor.
