He is survived by: his former spouse Beverly Murphy (Bullard); his children, Steven and Debora Murphy; his spouse Mimi Lycka; his grandchildren, Amanda, Blaine Patino of Waterford, Kevin Murphy of Madison and Derek Boike of Grand Blanc; and his great grandchildren, Walter John Patino of Waterfield, Wisconsin and Evert Robert Patino of Waterfield, Wisconsin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
