He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Iott and Clara Iott (Roszyk); his brother Ralph Iott; and his sisters-in-law, Bev Iott and Mary Iott.
He is survived by: his significant other Sandy Shell of Gladwin, MI; his sons, John Iott (Patty) of Ottawa Lake, MI and Joe Iott (Lindsay) of Kalkaska, MI; his grandchildren, Jack, Jake, Clara Iott of Ottawa Lake, Josh, Dylan Iott of Kalkaska and Hunter Suydam of Florida; and his siblings, Joyce VanLooke (Frank) of Hodgenville, KY, James Iott of Ottawa Lake, MI and Carolyn Strahan (Jim) of Ottawa Lake, MI. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kalkaska Funeral Home (152 S Cedar St, Kalkaska, MI 49646).
