He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Heading and Lillian Heading (Willard); his sons, Gary Heading, Paul Heading and Mark Heading; and his siblings, Beaulah, Gerry, Betty, Art, Virgil and Johnny.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Heading; and his children, Howard Heading (Kathy), Paulette Ing, Susan TudeThuot, Kathy Morgan, Roxann Miesen, William Heading (Becky), Mary Schmittling (Rob), James Heading (Patty) and Michael Heading (Kim). He is also survived by several foster children; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
