He was predeceased by: his parents, Melburn Lewis and Mildred Lewis (Hall); and his brother Dick Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Lewis (Olney); his sons, George II Lewis (Holly), Greg Lewis (Bonnie) and Todd Lewis; his grandchildren, Greg, Bill, Dustin, Bud, Cody and Shandi; and his sister Carol Mitchell (Herb). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
