She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Sweet and Cecelia Sweet (Stachura); her children, Elaine Stein of Cadillac, Mark Stein (Sheree) of Fife Lake, David Stein (Stacy) of Fife Lake, Kevin Stein (Paula) of Traverse City and Glenn Stein (Kathy) of Fife Lake; her grandchildren, Sharon, Charlie, Alissa, Christina, Danielle, Konrad of Oliver, RJ and Amber; her sister-in-law Janet Jeroue; her husband Charles Stein; and her daughter-in-law Kim Stein. She was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Auxiliary Post #219 in Fife Lake.
