With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Deters (Ferrysburg, Michigan), born in Fremont, Michigan, who passed away on March 4, 2019 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and June; and his brothers-in-law, Byron Sharp, Roland Pfahler and Robert Fliearman.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Stephen Deters, Jr (Tiffany), Melissa DeHaan (Corey), Christy Lemke (Chris), Benjamin Deters, Braque Deters, Marian Fliearman Russell and Richard Collins (Patty); his siblings, Lewis Deters (Edith), Richard Deters (Janet), Marilyn Sharp, Daniel Deters (Carol), Andrew Deters and Sheryl Russell (Chuck); and his close friends, Floyd and Janice Potter. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
