She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Oeffelen and Rose A. Van Oeffelen (Posobiec); her husband Len L. Bellamy; her son Todd Bellamy; and her siblings, Mary Van Oeffelen, James Van Oeffelen, Phil Van Oeffelen and Steve Van Oeffelen.
She is survived by: her children, Jacquelynn Naylor, Jillynne Bellamy-Siewertsen (Jason) and David Bellamy (Joan); her grandchildren, Jenny, Jeanna, Jacob, Bobby, Katie, Martha, Teresa, Maria, Sarah, Ashlynne, Brett, Blake and Brooklynne; her siblings, Ruth Ann Harris, Marcia Lundquist, Lucy Rasch, Fred Van Oeffelen (Sue), Paul Van Oeffelen (Paulette) and Mike Van Oeffelen; and her sisters-in-law, Bea Bellamy, Carol Brownyard and Donna Van Oeffelen. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
